Western Rye Guide is an independent editorial site. This policy explains the limited data used to operate the site and the advertising controls built into it.

Technical data

The hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the service. This site does not provide accounts and does not ask for personal profiles.

Advertising

Eligible guide pages use third-party advertising formats supplied through Adsterra-compatible delivery networks, including display banners, a Native unit, a Popunder, and a Social Bar. Sponsored outbound offers are visibly labeled and never replace internal navigation or the answer a visitor came to read. Site cookies

Western Rye Guide does not operate user accounts or profiling cookies of its own. The gsf_ad_qa cookie and ad_debug=1 query are internal layout-testing switches; both suppress live provider requests while showing the intended advertising positions.

Official media and outbound links

The site uses locally optimized promotional images sourced from official Western Rye channels and links to Steam and developer-controlled sources. Visiting another site makes that site’s privacy terms apply.
